MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Aim: Planning for 6th LUG workshop.
- Date: 25th September, 2008 (Thursday)
Venue: IILT2 Time: 2.30 pm - 6.30 pm Title: Learn and Tell workshop
- Responsibilities:
Design of Posters: Mayank and Bilal.
Printing and Photo Copying: Alok
Publicity: Alok and Bilal
Workshop Day responsibility: Mahendra
Video Recording: Mayank
Workshop page management : Kechit Goyal
- No Refreshments in the workshop, as no sponsors
- Work has been assigned to all for searching sponsors before the 7th workshop.
- We discussed about a new project, GPS Positioning open source software using Python. Contact Gajendra and mayank if any one is interested.
- It has been suggested to organize a series of workshops during TRYST - 09. We will co-ordinate with the TRYST organizers for this.
- Next meeting would be just after the workshop.
