Instruction How to reach
People Coming from Delhi can get down from EXIT 10 of NH-8 and then take the 2nd Left turn to Sohna Road which is a straight road after travelling around 9kms there will be a KIIT Bus Stand take left from there and after around 200-300 Metres you can see the college gate on your left you can park your vehicle in the Parking on Left rest the College guards will help you. This page will help you for location.
COLLEGE BUS KIIT College is providing Free BUS Facility for everyone coming to this workshop ( All Participants) you can take Bus from the closest location. There are 3 Buses which will be plying from Madhuban Chowk, Police Line and Rani Bagh at around 6:30 am and for other details contact the conductors of these buses:
1. Shankar ( Dwarka Route) - 9891260993
2. Venkat ( Dhaula Kuan) - 9990396708
3. Bhupender (Saket ) - 9910205463
You can call these numbers and ask for various stops and timings.
All these buses will be reaching IFFCO CHOWK at around 7:40 am
and RAJIV CHOWK at around 7:50 am.
NOTE: If you want to take bus Please be there at your stop around 5-10 minutes before and you can recognise the buses with name of the college i.e. KIIT College of Engineering

FOSS Workshop
Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) enthusiast and activist have been contributing to such events before too and this time students of KIIT Gurgaon with them have organised this workshop to spread awareness about Free and Open Source Movement. In this workshop attendees will get to know about FOSS from scratch about what it is, how the whole thing started, who started it and why....??
Here a lot of things about Linux and various other FOSS will also be covered like Mozilla Firefox, Eclipse IDE, Open Office.org etc.
Interested students can also get Linux installed on their Laptops to get the real experience and others can copy Cds for an installation later.
THIS IS A WORKSHOP BY THE STUDENTS FOR THE STUDENTS so it will be very interesting for sure.
